Why I Chose to Start My Career in Real Estate

Starting something new is never easy—especially after spending over 16 years building a career in leadership and operations. But sometimes, the next step isn’t about starting over. It’s about taking everything you’ve learned and applying it in a way that creates even more impact.

That’s exactly what led me to real estate.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to lead teams, solve problems, and help people navigate important decisions. Whether it was helping a customer find the right solution or supporting a team through growth and change, the part I always valued most was the people.

Real estate, at its core, is about people.

It’s about helping someone find the place they’ll call home. It’s about guiding families through transitions. It’s about being a steady, trusted voice during what can often feel like an overwhelming process.

That’s what drew me in.

I’m beginning this journey with ERA Advantage Realty, serving the Port Charlotte, North Port, and surrounding Southwest Florida communities. This is a market that continues to grow and evolve, and I’m excited to be a part of helping people navigate it with confidence.

What you can expect from me is simple:

Clear communication
Strong follow-through
A focus on doing what’s right for you—not what’s easiest

I believe that buying or selling a home should feel like a well-guided process, not a guessing game. My goal is to make sure you always understand your options and feel confident in your decisions.

While I’m early in this chapter of real estate, I’m not new to working hard, staying accountable, and putting people first. Those are the same principles I’ve built my career on—and the same ones I bring into every client relationship.

If you’re thinking about buying, selling, or just want to better understand the market here in Southwest Florida, I’d be happy to connect.

This is just the beginning—and I’m looking forward to helping you along the way.
